Refund Policy

We want you to love every item from The Shewon Club. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We accept requests for refund or exchange only if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect; and

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, socks, hair accessories, and personal items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Debit/credit card, etc.) within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

Sale items and special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged upon receipt.
