1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: RM10 per order
• Free Shipping: Available for orders of RM100 and above

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

Orders will be prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
